Run amuck/mud

That was so much fun!
I want to do that every weekend.

We had a late day race start (2pm) and thank goodness for that because it was freezing cold (OK it was 52 degrees) and rainy most of the day and we caught the only dry time of the day.
Well it started dry...
once you jump in a cold spring lake a few times the rain doesn't make a huge difference.
The costumes were fun and the crowed was playful and enthusiastic. The hills were significant and the obstacles left me sore and bruised. It took around an hour to do a full loop of the lake and there was cheering and mud for all.

David made a swan dive into the mud pool and had weird coated contact lenses. Pammy had no sleeves and was amazingly not blue. Ashley seemed much fitter than the rest of us but gamely carried on with the team.

We were Power Rangers.
