Hydration


After our last long run I had a horrid headache for a few days. Chalk one up for a house full of sick kids but it reminded me that I am not hydrating the way i should and that as the miles add up I need to dig out my camelback.
I think I am going to start running with it and that thought lead me to look at what runners generally do for hydration.
I came across this article in Running Times about what ultra runners do and thought it might be worth a read for everyone else. It is nice and scientific and reinforces my own bias so whats not to like. lol
Amazon has quite a few and even some with comfortable straps and waist belts to prevent bouncing.
Anyone else have experience carrying water for exercises?
